At Katsu & Co., every order is prepared fresh and with care. Because of the nature of our food products, we maintain the following refund policy:

Refund Policy - the basics

1. All Sales Are Final

 

  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

  • This applies to all food and beverage items ordered through our website.

2. Exceptions (Refunds or Replacements)

We may issue a refund, credit, or replacement order at our discretion in the following situations:

 

  • You received the wrong item.

  • An item was missing from your order.

  • There was a quality issue with the food (burnt, undercooked, or otherwise not meeting our standards).

  • Your order was not fulfilled due to an error on our part.

 

To be eligible, the issue must be reported to us within the same day of pick-up.

 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in cases including (but not limited to):

 

  • Failure to pick up your order during the designated time window.

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences.

  • Food allergies or dietary restrictions not disclosed at the time of ordering.
